SLI NUA - MULLINGAR

Sli Nua is a community based semi-detached four bedroom house on the outskirts of Mullingar town.  Sli Nua is registered as a multi occupancy unit with capacity for two children / Young people.  The downstairs of the house consists of a kitchen, utility room, sitting room and games room with all modern conveniences including computer with internet, play station, nintendo Wii and satellite television. Upstairs there are four bedrooms (two residents and two staff bedrooms including one en-suite) and a main bathroom.  Outside there is a spacious back garden with full size trampoline and two garden sheds with flower beds for all gardening enthusiasts.  The house is well located to access the town centre and many sporting and leisure activities in the surrounding area.  The team in Sli Nua is dedicated to offering the highest possible care to the young people who enter our service and through their vast experience and interests contribute to a pleasant and active environment, which is tailored to meet the individual needs of any young person placed within our service.



SCEAL EILE - TALLAGHT

Sceal Eile is a semi detached six bedroom house in Tallaght. It is a multi occupancy unit catering for 3 young people aged 12 to 18 on a medium to long term basis. Sceal Eile is situated within walking distance of all local amenities, with easy access to public transport in the greater Dublin area. The downstairs of the house consists of a spacious kitchen / dining room area, a living room, a staff office space with adjoining supervision room / staff bedroom. Upstairs there are six bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Sceal Eile team is dedicated to offering individualized care programs to all residents and their families and has a proven record of success in relation to providing family supports, in conjunction with our residential services.

The young people resident in Sceal Eile are typically from the local area; this enables us to work closely with their families and has resulted in a number of past residents of Sceal Eile successfully returning home to the care of their parents. Sceal Eile offers follow on services to young people who leave their care; these services are specifically tailored to the young person and are designed with creativity and innovation in order to best meet the needs of each young person and their family.

BAILE BREA - TULLAMORE

Baile Brea is a multi occupancy residential facility based in Offaly providing a therapeutic care programme for young people aged 12 to 18 years. At present we can facilitate two residential placements. The house is located within a community based residential setting to incorporate the community aspect of integrating young people within a social setting. The service provides an individualised care programme which is overseen by the Clinical Director, Services Manager, House Manager, and a consistent care staff team of eight.



TUS NUA - CO. LAOIS

Tus Nua is a family unit established specifically to facilitate the needs of a family including a parental figure and up to six children. The house is based in a quiet rural setting. The ethos of the unit aspires to a systemic approach cohesive of all family members within a warm and caring environment.  Individualised programmes and family programmes are facilitated through a care staff team of fourteen and the House Manager. This family unit is supported externally through the Clinical Director and Team Coordinator. This unit is based in Co. Laois. 





TOG SOS - RATHANGAN

Tog Sos is a multi occupancy residential home in a rural setting in county Kildare. We are approximately fifteen minutes from the major towns of Newbridge, Naas and Kildare. Tog Sos accepts young people from the age 15 to 19. The main focus of a young person's placement in Tog Sos is to provide them with essential independent living skills in order to prepare them for moving into their own apartment or shared accommodation or placement of their choice. The programme in Tog Sos involves education, budgeting, and taking responsibilities for making choices as a young adult. The staff team in Kildare will care for and guide young people through their choices for their future and advise young people on how and where to source appropriate funding, social welfare or Fas allowances for education and accommodation in preparation for independent living.


COED GLAS - GRAIGUECULLEN, CO. LAOIS

Coed Glas is a detached four bedroom house, on the outskirts of Carlow, just over the border in County Laois. It is registered as a multi-occupancy, residential unit for two young people between 12 and 18 years of age. The house was recently built and is modern throughout. The downstairs consists of a living room, kitchen/dining room, sunroom and toilet. Upstairs consists of a staff office, two young persons' bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a small back garden with patio. There is however, a large green area across the road and the town park just a ten minute walk away. The town centre is easily accessible along with its amenities, transport centres and activities.

The team at Coed Glas are an experience group of staff committed to offering needs based programmes of care to all residents and their families, with the aim of assisting young people to achieve their maximum potential.

COSAN NUA - GEASHILL

Cosan Nua is a detached four bedroomed bungalow, situated in a rural setting in Geashill, approximately 8 kilometres from Tullamore in County Offaly. It is registered as a mult-occupancy residential unit for two young people aged between 12 to 18 years of age. The property is relatively new and is modern in fittings and furnishings, throughout. It consists of a kitchen/living room, separate lounge, staff office, two young peoples' bedrooms and staff bedroom. Outside there is a separate laundry area, and shed with about half an acre of lawns.
The team in Cosan Nua are dedicated to providing the highest level of care to residents and their families, offering individualised needs based programmes to encourage the best outcomes for young people.

CARLOW TOWN HOUSE - CARLOW

Carlow Town House is a community based, semi-detached, three bedroom house in Carlow town. Carlow Town House is registered as a single occupancy unit, providing a therapeutic care programme for young people aged 12 to 18 years. The downstairs of the house consists of a kitchen, utility room, sitting room and bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (one resident's room and two staff bedrooms, including one en-suite) and a main bathroom. The house is well located to access the town centre and many amenities in the surrounding area. The Carlow Town House team is dedicated to offering the highest possible care to the young person placed in our service. Through their vast experience and interests, the team contributes to a pleasant and active environment, which is tailored to meet the individual needs of any young person placed within our service.
