COBH
The Cobh centre is a four bedroom detached house based in the Cobh community. The house is situated iin an established housing estate near the historic marine town of Cobh. Cobh is a registered single occupancy centre for young people. The downstairs of the house consists of a spacious living/dining area, a kitchen, utility room and bathroom. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms (three double bedrooms and a large ensuite room) and a main bathroom. The house is stylishly decorated with all modern conveniences, including the option of a computer for the young person where appropriate. The house is adaptable to the individual needs of the young person that resides in it. Outside there is off road parking and a spacious garden to the side and rear of the property. The Cobh centre has made strong links with local clubs, businesses and organisations within the town and strives to be part of the strong community spirit of the area.
KIAORA
Kiaora is located in a beautiful location 15 minutes drive from the city. Downstairs we have large kitchen with a conservatory and a sitting room and games room which has a TV for use with gaming consoles. We also have three bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs there is a large landing area which has been designated as an activities area complete with pool table, football table and bean bags. We also have three bedrooms upstairs. Outside we have a balcony at the front of the building, a basement for storage and large gardens. Recently we have been working in the garden to raise some beds and we're going to grow our own vegetables in these. The unit in Ballinhassig is a multiple occupancy unit that provides placements for up to 3 young people, male or female. All placements are individually tailored to meet the needs of each young person.
