Fresh Start are delighted to announce the development of a new short-term facility in North Munster, as part of our Service expansion for 2016.
We are interested in candidates who are willing to work with a wide range of young people with the primary agenda of stabilising these young people over a 12 week period, in order to assist in identifying and securing longer-term placement arrangements.
Staff need to be flexible, motivated and interested in participating in the development of a new service to support our already existing plethora of services. A Social Care 3rd Level Qualification or relevant qualification in the field is required. Post Qualification experience in Residential Care is desirable.
Due to further expansion of services in both the Munster and Leinster Regions, we are actively recruiting Full-time and Relief Residential Childcare Workers. Candidates ideally should have a relevant qualification in Social Care or a related discipline, and/or have relevant practical experience in the area of Residential Care/working with vulnerable children and young people.
We are also looking to recruit Deputy Managers for North Munster and Wexford and House Managers for Dublin.
Candidates for the Deputy Manager Posts must have 3 years Post Qualification Experience in the field of Social Care.
Candidates for the House Manager Post(s) must have 5 years Post Qualification Experience in the field of Social Care, having spent 2+ years in a Supervisory Role.
