Residential Homes


Fresh Start was established in Ireland in 2001, beginning by providing single occupancy care in the Cork City area. Since then we have expanded our services and currently operate in the following geographical areas:
  • Dublin
  • Kildare
  • Longford
  • Offaly
  • Laois
  • Carlow
  • Cork
  • Westmeath
 

Over the past seven years, we have established firm links with Health Service Executive (HSE) Dublin Mid-Leinster, HSE South & HSE West.  This has assisted us in becoming acutely aware of the differing needs and dynamics of each area.  Our primary area of expertise is residential care, and we currently have eleven units that are fully registered by the relevant Registration & Inspection authorities, providing single occupancy, multi occupancy and specific care to a sibling group and their parent. As our service has evolved, we have diversified our service provision in order to better meet the individual requirements of the people that we serve, and also the requirements of the relevant placing agencies.  We currently, alongside our residential services, provide the following services:

  • Family Support Services
  • Aftercare Services
  • Assessment Services
  • Therapeutic Interventions
 


Through the commitment and dedication of the Management and staff of Fresh Start, we have positioned ourselves as the primary private childcare provider in Ireland.  We have evolved to the stage where we currently operate at full capacity and with a significant referral base to increase our service provision.  From our mediocre beginnings in one area, we are now a nationally based service providing twenty four hour, seven day a week care and support to the children, young people and families we serve.  We are confident that from our current position, we can only enhance our standing as the optimum care provider in Ireland.
